Licensed real-estate registrar services — Riyadh region.
For properties within announced or first-registered real-estate areas, subject to party eligibility and Real Estate Registry platform requirements: ownership transfer — sale, sale with mortgage, gift, and inheritance where the platform route allows; managing rights, restrictions, and obligations on the record — mortgages and releases, lease rights, pre-emption; consensual estate division between heirs; and later transactions and description changes, subject to RER eligibility and technical approval. Includes in-person intake in Riyadh — identity and authority verification, document collection, stakeholder consents, and correct platform submission — plus record support: property search, deed verification, and the real-estate sheet.
Services are provided within the limits of the real-estate registrar licence. Fees set by the Real Estate Registry for its benefit are collected in addition to the registrar's fee, and every request begins with the disclosure needed to confirm there is no conflict of interest.

Buying a ready unit? Inspect it — and understand what you're signing — before you commit.
One package, three outputs: (1) a visual, non-destructive inspection of the unit covering all apparent elements per the ready-buildings inspection methodology — a documented defect report with photos and severity grading; (2) a review of the property's documentation — title deed, hidden-defects insurance, certificate of occupancy, and related documents — cross-checking the documented specifications against what the field inspection finds, and reviewing all seller-provided warranties (where they exist): verifying the warranty documents are in hand and explaining what the buyer must maintain for the warranties to remain valid; (3) an explanation of the buyer's duties and acknowledgments when signing the financing contract with the bank. Offered only as a complete package.
Findings are limited to defects apparent on visual inspection — no destructive testing or root-cause analysis. Independent review; not legal advice.

Expert and arbitration services — construction and real-estate disputes.
(1) For law firms: adversarial examination and rebuttal of the opposing party's technical expert report — testing whether it complies with the building code, the Saudi Evidence Law, and the regulatory duties of a technical expert before the court or arbitration panel; (2) expert-witness reporting and testimony before arbitration panels; (3) appointment as arbitrator — sole or panel member, meeting the Saudi Arbitration Law's qualification requirements (law degree holder).
Every engagement begins with disclosure of the parties for a conflict-of-interest check.
Technical expert via the Khibrah Platform — Ministry of Justice (2021–present). Independent and impartial. Court assignments arrive through the platform; the services offered here are private engagements. For cooperation with engineering offices: send your inquiry — happy to reply with the scope.
For engagement or conflict check
Contract administration advisory — pre-award to the end of the defects period.
On a consultancy basis, for owners and their teams: review of pre-award and post-award processes — including whether the pre-award team's work complies with the governing law; lessons-learned reviews with practical feedback to improve the process and protect the employer's commercial interest; and building a robust registry of correspondence and records across the full project lifecycle — pre-award, award, construction, and through the defects liability period (one year after delivery under the standard contract).
Scope is reviewed case by case; the offer is priced against the project's value and budget. Every engagement begins with disclosure of the parties for a conflict-of-interest check.

For engineering offices — cooperation.
Cooperation tracks: (1) Khibrah expert-work operations — case intake and screening; conflict, deadline, and pricing controls; evidence and case-file organization; site-visit coordination; and report structuring and quality review — while the assigned licensed engineer retains full technical authority and report approval; (2) technical production for real-estate subdivision — surveying coordination, CAD drawings, the document package, platform data entry, and technical QA — with review, approval, invoicing, and submission remaining with the accredited office.
Inquiries from engineering firms only.
